Shipping

For orders within the United States we ship by US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, usually within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items should be received in an average of 3 – 4 business days.

For orders outside the United States we ship by US Priority Mail International. Items should be received in an average of 7 – 11 business days.

For all orders, the shipping rates we charge are identical to the actual costs to us.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scootababy carrier. If you are having trouble using or adjusting your carrier, please read through the instructions on our site. You can also contact us with your questions and we'll try to help!

If you are still not satisfied with the Scootababy carrier for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the order date for a return authorization. Items must be in new, unwashed condition to be accepted for refund or exchange. Any returns not meeting these criteria may be subject to restocking fees.

You are responsible for return shipping, and it’s a good idea to insure the package since we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges until the returned item has been received and inspected by us. Returns for carriers purchased during a shipping promotion will have the promotional saving on shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Warranty

The Scootababy Carrier has a 1 year warranty for material and workmanship defects affecting the safety of the product. Issues unrelated to safety are not covered. Warranty is void if the carrier has been altered in any way or if you are not the original owner.
